PineVanta products are digital source-code files delivered immediately after confirmed payment.

Before source delivery
If PayPal does not complete the payment, no source is delivered and no completed charge should be created. A cancelled checkout does not create a purchase.
After source delivery
Because the complete source can be copied and retained immediately, purchases are generally final once the delivery page is accessed or the file is downloaded, except where applicable law requires a refund.
Eligible problems
If you were charged twice, paid but cannot access the delivery page, received the wrong edition, or the delivered file has a reproducible technical defect, first use the order recovery page. Payment disputes and refund requests can be submitted through the PayPal Resolution Center.
Not normally eligible
A change of mind, trading loss, expected profit, dislike of signals, lack of a compatible TradingView account, or a request made after copying the source does not normally qualify for a refund, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
How to request review
Open the transaction in your PayPal account and use the PayPal Resolution Center. Include the order ID, purchased edition, and a clear description of the issue. Never provide your PayPal password or full payment-card number.
