Terms of Use
These terms govern purchases and use of PineVanta digital source-code products.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Digital product
PineVanta sells TradingView-compatible Pine Script source code. The product is delivered electronically after PayPal confirms payment. No physical item is shipped, and no manual account activation is included.
2. Personal license
A completed purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the purchased source code for the buyer’s own personal chart analysis. Ownership of the underlying PineVanta product and branding is not transferred.
3. Prohibited use
You may not publish, distribute, share, sublicense, sell, rent, or otherwise provide the source code or a substantially similar derivative to another person. You may not remove an order watermark for the purpose of redistribution.
4. Delivery and access
Delivery occurs when the source becomes available on the payment-confirmation page. Keep your delivery link private. If you lose it, the purchase-recovery page can recreate access after matching the PayPal order ID and payer email.
5. Compatibility
The product is designed for Pine Script and TradingView at the time of sale. TradingView is a separate third-party service and may change its plans, editor, platform, or technical requirements. A compatible TradingView account and internet connection are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. No financial advice
The product provides technical-analysis information only. It is not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. No signal, score, alert, example, or chart guarantees accuracy, future performance, or profit.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PineVanta is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, indirect losses, platform outages, or decisions made using the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated for future purchases. The terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
